  • For those staying at a hotel other than the hotels designated by the tour operator, you will be informed of the nearest hotel where pick-up is available.
    Main hotel pick-ups are available at: Riviera Hotel, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, The Palace Downtown Dubai, and Bab Al Shams Hotel.

Restrictions

  • For pregnant women, those with back problems, those ages 5 years or younger or 65 years old or older are asked to sign a consent form. After applying, please download "Agreement", sign it and send it to VELTRA as an attachment.
  • For children under 135 cm in height, a booster seat in the safari vehicle is required. Please request one if your child fits into this category.

  • Pick-up times will differ depending on the season and the hotel. Please note that there will be cases where the start time may be changed.
  • All the camels have undergone periodic medical examination by the Dubai government and obtained health licenses.
  • Vegetarian and kids' meal can be requested at the time of booking.
